Succulent Garden Stampin Up

Today was a snowy day to stay warm and cozy stamping with my mother.  She wanted a note card with the sentiment “A Note of Thanks” with a bird on it and a flower garden at the bottom……

Succulent Garden Stamp set from the new Occasions catalog delivers!  It was so easy to use!

  • Inks: Sweet Sugar Plum, Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Pool Party, and Crushed Cury
  • Ink and stamp the outline stamps
  • Ink and stamp off (on scrap paper) and then stamp in the outline for a “lighter” version of the same color you used for the outline of the flower
  • Note Cards & Envelopes #131527 are what we used today

You will be seeing more projects and cards made from Succulent Garden stamps and framelits in the near future.  Bundle #145184, DSP #142778  I have found it a very easy stamp set to use!  I love how the stamps leave a small ininked portion that looks like a sunlit highlight on each petal.

Below are 2 more samples using the suite that YOU CAN MAKE AT THE JANUARY SR. CENTER CLASS!
