Hi everyone! I know the ups of receiving cards! This week I received so many cards! It brought smiles to my face and a light spirit to my steps! Thank you all for the gift of life and encouragement I received this week!
Of course, I want to share with you all the creative and beautiful cards too for inspiration and to copy.
April stamping schedule
*** you will be receiving an invitation email from me that will have a link to click on that will join you about 10-15 min. before the meeting starts via ZOOM. I am finding it takes a little while to get everyone one connected. This email will be sent at least the day before club meetings. Please don’t click on it when you receive it as I will not have started the meeting then. Just 15 min. before meeting starts. You can do this! It’s been a lot of fun seeing and talking with each other!

*** I hear rumbling about opening the country back up. I think it would be in the best interest to Zoom for club again in May even if things start opening back up. I just want to keep you all safe as possible!
Thanks so much for visiting and ordering ladies!
If you would like to place an order, please contact me so I can link it with a hostess code.
Take Care! Keep focused on the good things! I am hoping many good things will come from our discomfort and pain….one being others see the need for connecting with family, friends, and others is so rewarding and necessary.
Greetings my friends! I hope you all are staying well and not going stir crazy! I am looking forward to seeing you all via Zoom for club meeting!
Before club meeting, I will be sending a link so that you can click the link in the email so you will be with me and everyone else at the same time over our computers. We’ll visit and then you can watch me put together 4 club cards.
To start with…..I wanted to share a masculine card I made with Timeless Tropical Bundle. As soon as I saw this pattern in the Tropical Oasis DSP….it spoke …masculine card! It’s not the typical fishing, hunting, mowing kind of masculine card….but it is so relaxed paradise feel a man can appreciate.
Use one of your circle dies from Layering Circles and die cut from Tropical Oasis DSP
Cut a strip 5″x 1″ of Soft Sea Foam CS and
run through Coastal Weave EF #151503
Cut a piece of card base in Pretty Peacock 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and fold
on card front stamp palm trees in Pretty Peacock ink to give background some texture and dimension
stamp “hello” in Pretty Peacock ink on embossed Soft Sea Foam strip
Use Stampin’ Write markers to color in rubber of palm trees
trunk – Soft Suede
palm branches – first all over Soft Sea Foam, followed by a little Old Olive and finally just a wee bit of Pretty Peacock in the middle of the branches. You may want to swirl these colors with a brush to soften the edges of color
I left these pages on the table and kept adding and adding and adding! I think I had a lot of fun building them….and I don’t even like racing! Here they are using Geared Up Garage Bundle, Urban District – retired, and Timeless Textures for tire tracks – retired. The shine from silver gears wash out the color a little on this photo.
And our next spread is for baby girl….turned out kinda cute! A little washed out in the photo….sorry! Guess I’m going have to learn how to take pictures one of these days.
You may notice in the above 2 pictures, I have used some new rectangle dies….:) oh yes! There are a must for anyone loving a little more embellishment! Coming from a new suite, Ornate Garden, they are available now and will be in the new annual catalog.
Here are some cards Elizabeth and I have been making from the new suite, Ornate Garden. I’ll show you some more next week and you’ll see more at club! 🙂
These are from my friend, Debbie F. She used Beautiful Friendship #149252 for the first 2 cards ( the hello card uses masking technique) and Timeless Tulip Bundle #153793 for the second set of cards. Notice a few Faceted Dots from the In Color collection add a perfect finishing touch #149607 to her cards.

The one thing I want to express over and over…..encourage one another! I know you are and I need to mail out cards my self…..I write/send tons in my head….just got to find the time to have my feet and hands get them out the door! At lease mail service is essential! 🙂

April Stamping Schedule
I am planning to have clubs at appointed times with a program on the computer where we can all meet and talk. I will announce that with an email to each club. At the club meeting, I will show you and make 4 cards for you. I will then send the card stock cut for you to make 2 of the cards.
Please understand…..You may order whatever you would like to order!!! I have no requirements other than the norm at club. I will be demonstrating with 2 different bundles as normal…but, there will be 2 cards for each bundle. I am not allowed to stamp/die cut for you to put together per Stampin’ Up rules. I will send you the card stock for your preference of 2 card grouping and you can order the supplies for your club order or substitute with supplies you already have if you order something different for your club order. I will also make sure you have a video you can go back and look at again of the 4 cards once you receive your supplies.
I am suggesting, that I direct ship to you so you will receive your products and not have to come in contact with anyone. The shipping is a flat $6.95 if under $69.50 or the normal 10% (club shipping price) if over $69.50. I am will to help with shipping…it’s no ones fault with circumstances.
If you order around $50, I will pay $1.95 and you can pay the normal 10% club shipping price for a direct ship.

Pull out your High Tide Stamp set and Stitched Nested Dies and lets create a Double Point Card! Looks hard…..but it’s so easy!
Here’s what you need….
1 pc. Real Red cut 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
1 pc. Whisper White cut 4″ x 5 1/4″
2 pcs. DSP cut 3″ x 4″ and score down the 4″side 1 inch in
scraps to die cut lighthouse image and Real Red matte
After using the bone folder to make a nice crease on the score line, unfold and
fold the point in to the middle and lay beside the score line
crease with bone folder
now bring the other side in so you have a point in the middle. Do Not over lap at the point
crease with bone folder so you have a nice flat crease
put just a small amount of adhesive under the flaps to keep closed
put a little adhesive on that 1 inch piece up to the score line and place it on to the piece of Whisper White card stock
Do the other side the same way
and they adhere onto the piece of Real Red measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
place 4 Mini Dimensionals onto the top point and then place the Stitched Nested Die cut of lighthouse with matte onto dimensionals to attach only at the top
Creative Escape Update

This little worm just made me smile all over when I saw it on the envelope! Just a special added touch that made my day! I would like to challenge you to do the same today!
and this beautiful card features Beautifully Braided stamp set pg. 29 in the mini catalog by Peggy! I love how she die cut 2 “hello’s” and layered the Granny Apple Green one over the Whisper White one for a shadow effect. Nice!
